About Tatiana

Tatiana is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC), and board approved clinical supervisor in Minnesota. She is also licensed as a professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings including the Department of Corrections, hospital inpatient, non-profit organizations, and most recently for the State of Minnesota. In addition to her private practice, Tatiana serves on the board of directors for Metro CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management), an organization dedicated to helping emergency responders manage trauma and stress after a critical incident.

Tatiana primarily focuses on supporting- current and retired- emergency responders, active military, and veterans. She recognizes the unique experiences inherent in these professions play a key role in shaping both the personal and professional stressors they face. Tatiana employs a strengths-based, relational approach, drawing from various therapeutic modailites such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Tatiana’s connection to this work is deeply personal—her father and grandfather are both veterans, and her husband is a police officer and military veteran. This offers her a firsthand view into the challenges emergency responders and veterans navigate every day.

Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys staying active with the gym and Pilates, traveling, going to concerts, and diving into sci-fi—especially Star Trek, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and Doctor Who. She also loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their wildly enthusiastic dog, Nova.
